BETA TERMS OF USE

Use the evidence system responsibly.

Draft launch framework for professional legal review before general availability.

Informational research service

Truth Task Force organizes and analyzes evidence concerning factual propositions. Assessments can be incomplete or wrong and may change when better evidence appears. The service does not provide legal, financial, medical or voting advice.

No character or intent finding

A low claim-support result does not by itself establish that a person knowingly lied, intended to deceive, committed misconduct, or is unfit for office. Intent and character are separate propositions requiring separate evidence.

User submissions

You must have the right to submit materials you provide. Do not knowingly submit fabricated evidence, unlawful content, malware, impersonations, private credentials, doxxing material, harassment or content intended to manipulate the research process.

Challenge license

By submitting evidence for public review, you authorize AI4U to store, analyze, hash, excerpt as legally permitted, and display necessary attribution and research conclusions concerning the submission. Copyright in third-party source material remains with its owner.

Research integrity

Attempts to manufacture corroboration through duplicate sources, coordinated submissions, automated abuse or source laundering may be deduplicated, rate-limited or rejected.

Intellectual property

AI4U, LLC retains its rights in original Truth Task Force software, interface designs, documentation, scoring methodology expression, and original content. Third-party names, marks and source content remain the property of their respective owners.

Beta limitation

The beta is provided as-is and may be changed, limited or suspended for security, research integrity, legal compliance or product quality. These terms are a draft framework and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public commercial launch.
